AGS – ANTI GAS SYSTEM, patented by MIB, is a security device against attacks to ATM with free gas.

AGS protects ATM

AGS protects safes from gas introduction. The systems use sparkling generator modules inside the safe whose purpose is to activate as soon as possible all the inflammable gases introduced.

To reduce time to react the system is always ON during programmed time bands.

A pressure sensor detects variation inside the safe and in case of detection, it activates a flame inhibitor module, during programmable time bands.

Solutions for ATMs

In the product line for ATM protection, MIB performs SecurBancomat IBNS device with deterrent features, which result in invalidation of banknotes in case of attack with gas or solid explosives, and SID and SPP designed to prevent the introduction of explosives in the safe. The two families of systems are compatible and can be installed at the same time, increasing significantly the ATM security.

Our history

MIB was founded in 1983 following the need to technological outsourcing of a major Italian private bank. Based on specific know-how and experience acquired is characterized by its ability to design innovative solutions.

In 1989 MIB patented Robomat the first device, for the bank cashier, that allows the management of fractional cash. Up to date, over 30,000 Robomat units have been sold in different models.

Over the past twenty years the company has been deeply committed to the development of innovative security systems for ATMs, based on its proprietary technologies. In the early ’90s MIB achieved the first patent concerning a device dedicated to the ATMs protection and safety, SecurBancomat, system that fits to all dispensers of banknotes presents on the European Market. Since then, the range of products SecurBancomat has been evolving and there are 50 thousand installed in Italy and in Europe.
